Former President of the National Association of Bank Women
Catherine B. Cleary (1917–2010) was a pioneering business leader and advocate for women in finance and law. After facing gender barriers in the legal field, she built a distinguished career in banking, becoming CEO of First Wisconsin Trust Company and the first woman on several national corporate boards. A lifelong philanthropist, Cleary was active in health, education, and women's leadership, and continued to write and teach in retirement.
