Cathy Girard is a dedicated leader in mission-driven work, with a strong focus on supporting individuals with disabilities and older adults. Most recently, she provided strategic leadership for mission activities at Goodwill, overseeing day services and employment programs designed to help people gain meaningful employment and lead independent lives. Cathy also directed the organization’s philanthropy efforts, helping to advance Goodwill’s mission of providing training, employment, and supportive services for people facing barriers to opportunity. Her career reflects a deep commitment to community empowerment and social impact. Cathy holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and brings decades of nonprofit experience to every role she takes on.
