Appellate Judge, Court of Appeals–District I

Kitty K. Brennan is a retired Wisconsin judge with over 30 years of legal experience. She served as a judge on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals from 2008 to 2019, including a term as Presiding Judge from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, she was a Circuit Court Judge in Milwaukee County for 14 years and worked as an assistant district attorney and in private practice. Brennan earned her B.S. and J.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has been recognized for her contributions to the legal community.
