Q: Can you share a pivotal moment in your career that shaped your path?
A: A pivotal moment in my career was understanding the impact I had on my customers and their products. I was overjoyed when I learned that my products were being designed into end products that were used to save lives or maximize my customers’ ability to secure more business.

Q: How do you define leadership, and how do you embody those qualities in your own life?
A: Leadership is the ability to pull people together and work to meet a common goal. My focus is ensuring those goals maximize the impact for everyone in our community, especially those that are often ignored or underserved.

Q: How do you pay it forward and support the next generation of leaders?
A: I enjoy the opportunity to mentor young people, share experiences, and open doors. I have high expectations for my mentees and I work to show them they can achieve their goals. And, I expect that they will pay it forward with family, friends, and associates. And best of all, I learn so much from my mentees which allows me to share more with others.
