Partner - General Capital

Linda Gorens-Levey is a Partner at General Capital, a Milwaukee-based real estate development firm, where she leads complex commercial projects and shares responsibility for the company’s financial performance and risk management. With a background in finance, deal structuring, and leadership, Linda specializes in aligning diverse interests to deliver successful outcomes.

Prior to joining General Capital in 2015, she was a Managing Director and COO at Stark Investments, where she helped grow the firm’s assets from under $1 billion to over $14 billion. She also held leadership roles across various portfolio companies and board committees.

Linda serves on several boards, including Ixonia Bank and the Medical College of Wisconsin, and is a long-time leader with United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County. She was recently named the first Executive in Residence at Marquette University’s Center for Real Estate. A CPA and CFA, Linda holds degrees from UW–Madison and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
