Linda Mertz, CPA is a seasoned mergers and acquisitions advisor with over 25 years of experience helping business owners navigate pivotal transitions. As the founder of Mertz Associates, she brings deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and a robust network of financial and legal professionals to guide successful transactions in manufacturing, distribution, and business services.

Linda’s approach blends sharp analytical thinking with a personal passion for uncovering clients’ long-term goals. Outside her advisory work, she and her husband created Wetland Woods Farm, a private nature preserve reflecting her commitment to stewardship and legacy.

A respected leader in the M&A field, Linda is a founding member of the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors and a past chair of the International Network of M&A Partners. She also serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards, including Ice Age Trail Alliance, OwnersEdge, and TEMPO Milwaukee. Linda holds degrees from UW–Madison and UW–Milwaukee and has been recognized with the Woman of Influence and ACG Meritorious Service Awards.
