Rose Spano‑Iannelli is the managing partner and co‑founder of Spano Pratt Executive Search, a Milwaukee-based firm specializing in placing leaders in the nonprofit sector. A 1994 graduate of Cardinal Stritch University with a bachelor’s degree in management, she and Jamie Pratt launched the firm in 2000.

Operating under the mantra “don’t get a job, get a passion,” Rose leads searches that reflect her firm’s commitment to meaningful work. Her civic leadership includes serving as board president of the Shorewood Community Foundation—where she helped oversee its largest-ever donor gift—and nine years on the executive committee for the Columbia College of Nursing, facilitating nearly $1 million in legacy gifts to the Greater Milwaukee Foundation.

She has also contributed to TEMPO Milwaukee and Milwaukee Women Inc., underscoring her dedication to advancing women and nonprofit leadership across the region.
